Supported by Harper’s BAZAAR, the London Fashion Week LMFF Cocktail Reception was held on the evening of 13th September, at Australia House, London.

The event celebrated contemporary Australian fashion design with a focus on eight designers from the State of Victoria – Alexi Freeman, Alpha 60, Bul, Cylk, Jolet, Leonard Street, Limedrop and Roopa Pemmaraju.

Guests at the event will included previous special guests of LMFF’s international Business Seminar, international fashion industry representatives and London Fashion Week attendees such as Caroline Rush (Chief Executive, British Fashion Council), Antony Kendal (International Head, ACNE), David Briskin (CEO, Sass&Bide), Martin Raymond and Christopher Sanderson (Future Laboratory) and Jamie Huckbody (European Editor-at-Large Harper’s BAZAAR).

Following London Fashion Week, LMFF will travel to Beijing where it will present an Australian fashion designer submission as part of the Victorian Government’s Super Trade Mission to China, the largest ever to leave Australia’s shores.

The L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival will run from 18-24 March 2013.
