BLOGGER STYLE SERIES – Erin Maxwell

Posted by: Emily Collie    Tags:  BLOGGER STYLE SERIES, Christine Centenera, Elin Kling, Erin Maxwell, loveshopshare.com, LSS, MELBOURNE, melbourne girl, Olivia Palermo    Posted date:  August 15, 2012  |  No comment

Now in it’s third week, the Melbourne Girl BLOGGER STYLE SERIES has already showcased four of my fave other Melbourne bloggers.

Today, I’d love to introduce you to the 5th gorgeous blogger we are profiling, Erin from loveshopshare.com (LSS). Check out the interview and some of Erin’s stylish photos below:

Please tell us about yourself and when you started blogging >

I started blogging in December 2011 after always sharing my finds on social media and loved helping my friends and family shop online. Creating my blog ‘loveshopshare‘ was the perfect answer to share my love for fashion, shopping and with my new DSLR camera my love for photography too. I am a wife to my amazing hubby Nick and a proud mumma of one (and a half).

I am a complete online shopping addict and love using the net as a resource to find great fashion and inspiration.

How would you describe your style >

I tend to go with the more relaxed looks mixed with a bit of edge and love an amazing pair of shoes. Jeans, leather, basic singlets and tee’s and knits in winter are my essentials along with a structured blazer or jacket. I am a separates kinda gal and when I am glamming up I try and keep this edgy, clean and structured style coming through. I swear by mixing high street with designer to get a complete and balanced look.

Who inspires your wardrobe and why >

Christine Centenera would be my ultimate style icon with her love for structure, edgy glamour and amazing shoes with Elin Kling and Olivia Palermo also massive fashion faves of mine.

Three must-have items for Spring/Summer >

Neon is huge for SS but on the a complete opposite side the beautiful soft pastel hues are coming through too. Must have a perfect pair of ripped denim shorts, a blush pink or pastel coloured blazer and a pair of neon shoes wether they are sandals for everyday or a hot pair of heels.

Who are your favorite Aussie and International designers >

We are so lucky to have such amazing home grown talent and I am a massive advocate of Aussie designers. Ellery, Dion-Lee, Josh Goot, Sass & Bide, Lover and Magdelena Velevska are just some of my many faves for their use of structure, fabrics and gorgeous detailing. Internationals would be Isabel Marant, Alexander Wang, Givenchy and for ultimate fashion perfection, Celine.

(How amazing are Erin’s neon Christian Louboutins! MUST HAVE)

A big thanks to Erin for her time chatting to melbgirl x
