Last night was episode 2 of the premiere season of Being Lara Bingle.

It was a show packed with many ‘gorgeous fashion’ and ‘immature Lara moments’… Who knew such a stylish girl could be so rude towards her mother! Although, I do have a new found respect for Lara’s brother Josh (who does have a job by the way), who was honourable and respectful towards their mum Sharon during Lara’s outbursts of childish and selfish behaviour.

No disrespect to Lara, I’m sure it was only a moment of weakness after what had been a very difficult time (after the release of the scandal nude photos of her through the Bondi mansion bedroom window).

The episode followed some of Lara’s journey around the shows at this year’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia (MBFWA). Lara was spotted mixing it with the big labels including Romance Was Born, Manning Cartell, Ellery, Ksubi, Maticevski and at Camilla and Marc‘s after party – where she was supposed to wear a very fancy black & gold jumpsuit, however failed to get it to fit her during her car changing scene! Instead she opted to wear the black Acne dress she had worn that day to the Ksubi show (see photo below).

Half way through the show (in a radio interview with Kyle and Jackie O), Lara revealed that she is currently dating fashion designer Gareth Moody – who has recently collaborated with Lee Jeans for their Winter 12 collection. The GLM FOR LEE collection is currently available in Lee stores around Australia and online at www.mycatwalk.com.au & www.pitbullmansion.com.

The episode also revealed that her wakeboarding buddy was pulled over by the police in Lara’s car – which was neither legally supposed to be on the road or registered! Lara claimed to have no idea, although I’d say the reason for that is that she fails to open her mail!
