Fashion designer Marc Jacobs is offering a reward to solve a major fashion crime, reports news.com.au. The online article reports that all 64 pieces from his spring summer 2012 clothing collection have been stolen. The collection includes everything from drop-waist skirts and cellophane cocktail dresses to translucent and tinsel fabrics.

Word of the robbery triggered speculation that it was masterminded by counterfeiters preparing to launch their own line of faux Jacobs-wear.
